Cultural Subversion and the Trial of Ghislaine Maxwell

Heiress and socialite Ghislaine Maxwell grew up in a 53-room mansion, but since July 2020 she has been confined to a 10 x 12 ft. prison cell she describes as containing vermin and reeking of raw sewage smells. Though not the most important of the Globalists, she is currently among the most visible, and with highly damaging secrets to expose. Her trial for international sex-trafficking started Monday, Nov. 29, 2021 in New York City. Postponed from July 2021, this long-awaited event spells trouble not just for her but potentially for a wide range of high-profile Globalists who were closely associated with pedophile sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and his key accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell. This includes politicians, business executives, bankers, Hollywood actors and producers, royals, and mainstream journalists.

For this reason mainstream media will probably try to divert attention away from this trial and even clog the news cycle with other topics (such as another new Covid “variant”). They are already debunking the charges against Maxwell, but they have a long track record of providing cover for pedophiles and traffickers such as UK’s media star Jimmy Savile (1926-2011), who was also knighted in 1990 for his charity work. Among others, Bill Clinton and Harvey Weinstein were very close friends and business associates of Epstein. (Photos and flight logs to Epstein’s island confirm 27 flights with Bill Clinton, for instance. Conchita Sarnoff, author of the book TrafficKing: The Jeffrey Epstein Case (Jan. 2020) personally viewed those flight logs and says that every flight Clinton and Epstein shared on Epstein’s private plane also included under-age girls.) Weinstein went to prison in March 2020, sentenced to 23 years. If convicted, Maxwell faces up to 80 years in prison.

Since July 2020 she has been under investigation in the Caribbean territory, which is known to be a major hub for international child and sex trafficking operations. She is now charged with six U.S. federal crimes in the case of United States v. Maxwell:

“… in the sexual exploitation and abuse of multiple minor girls by Jeffrey Epstein. In particular, from at least in or about 1994, up to and including at least in or about 2004, Maxwell assisted, facilitated and contributed to Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse of minor girls by, among other things, helping Epstein to recruit, groom, and ultimately abuse victims known to Maxwell and Epstein to be under the age of 18. The victims were as young as 14 years old when they were groomed by Maxwell and Epstein, both of whom knew that certain victims were in fact under the age of 18.”

Maxwell went into hiding for 11 months after Jeffrey Epstein died (or was killed) in prison in Aug. 2019. In the 17 months before her trial began, Maxwell’s wealthy and privileged international family has been desperately trying to get her released from a New York City detention center where she has been held since her arrest in July 2020. Recently they even sought help from the United Nations, a primo Globalist organization, insisting they must persuade the U.S. government to release Ghislaine from prison. They claim she is innocent and being unlawfully held. But why would anyone assume the United Nations could overrule U.S. federal law? The reason: Globalists – most especially the U.N. – want to destroy the power of nation-states, their national sovereignty and national borders. Coincidentally, this also serves to accelerate human sex trafficking worldwide.

Maxwell’s lawyers offered up to $28.5 million in bail, but it was denied in six previous attempts to get bail and move her from prison to house arrest. All of these attempts were unsuccessful since she is considered an “extreme flight risk” due to her great wealth, extensive international connections, and multiple passports (U.K. France, and U.S.). She even offered to give up her non-U.S. passports, but to no avail. France has no extradition treaty with the U.S., so she could escape to France and avoid extradition to the U.S. Also, she may not be safe from those seeking to avoid potentially very damaging exposure at her trial.

A brief review of how to read a North and South Indian chart.

Ghislaine Maxwell’s Taurus Ascendant is in the nakshatra of Rohini, who in the Puranic myths was the favorite wife of Soma, the Moon. Thus Rohini nakshatra is associated with both earthly desires and artistic expression, but also jealousy or intense competition. It may indicate a karmic destiny to endure the jealousy of others, especially from other women but not confined to women. The key is the Moon’s position in the chart, as planetary owner of Rohini. In this case natal Moon is in the 3rd house with Rahu. The 3rd house has sexual associations but also puts her on a trajectory to be interested in short and long distance travel (she has been a lifelong jet-setter and even became a helicopter and submarine pilot, notably for Jeffrey Epstein’s Caribbean island operations), also writing and publishing. Up until her father’s death in Nov. 1991 she worked in various capacities for her father’s publishing empire and in her early 20s as a director for the Oxford United Football Club, which her father owned at the time.

Ghislaine became unquestionably the favorite child of Robert Maxwell. But this did not occur immediately. Her oldest brother Michael (then age 15) was severely injured in a car accident just two days after her birth. While Michael was hospitalized for the next seven years, most of the family’s attention was diverted away from the 9th and youngest child, Ghislaine for the first several years. Michael died seven years later and was in a coma the entire time.

After her 3rd year, when she complained: “Mummy, I exist” – the family started to compensate for the previous neglect and ended up spoiling her, according to the autobiography of her mother, Elizabeth Maxwell, A Mind of My Own, 1994.

The Moon is in a Kemadruma Bhanga yoga, with no planets in adjacent houses. One of the most difficult of all yogas, Kemadruma yoga gives one a lifetime in which one feels unsupported, despite all appearances to the contrary. The correction (Bhanga) to this comes from planets in angles from the Moon (Jupiter, Saturn, and Ketu in Capricorn), notably a Jupiter aspect to the Moon. We see how she already experienced this in the first three years of her life when the family’s attention shifted totally to the tragedy of the oldest sibling Michael and completely away from her, the newborn baby.

The absence of any planets in the angles from the Ascendant (a fixed EARTH sign) gives all the more prominence to the planets clustered in Chara (i.e. active) signs: Cancer and Capricorn, as well as the dual sign Sagittarius. With five planets in Chara signs and four planets in Sagittarius, the sign of international travel, Ghislaine was constantly on the move, often with her father in her first 30 years, and with Jeffrey Epstein and others in the next 15 to 20 years. She married quietly in 2016 and that husband (Scott Borgerson, b. 1976) remains largely behind the scenes at the time of this trial.

If Ghislaine was the favorite woman of Jeffrey Epstein, she had to keep proving it by becoming his business manager and procurer of many young women for his sexual pleasure. She also participated in the sexual acts and gave specific training on what Jeffrey wanted. Often she would tell the girls: “Give him whatever he wants.” This was after she had softened them up, giving them a sense of false assurance through her sophisticated social skills.

We can see the potential for manipulation with natal Moon in Cancer in Ashlesha nakshatra, closely conjunct Rahu. Rahu can eclipse the Moon, and creates the possibility of emotional or mental instability. Moon in Cancer has a natural affinity for the family, but on the Rahu-Ketu axis and with both Jupiter and Saturn opposite Moon, this adds more complexity and the tendency to attract business partnerships as much as marital ones.

Ghislaine Maxwell became a master manipulator, trained personally by her father and also by Jeffrey Epstein, both very powerful and controlling men, even if also charming and charismatic on other levels. Saturn is the ruler of the 7th house of partnerships from the Moon. Saturn in its own sign in the 7th house from the Moon denotes a strong partner, one who is likely to be either older or more dominant. (Jeffrey Epstein was 9 years older, born Jan. 20, 1953, Brooklyn (King’s county), NY.) The 7th house is marital and/or business partners, and from Taurus Ascendant Saturn rules the 9th and 10th house of father.

High sexuality and/or ambition to achieve extensive worldly goals is associated with Venus and Mars in the same sign, either in the birth chart or the Navamsha chart. There is a quest for power which can bring either political or sexual scandals and often both. The sexual passions are heightened, in any case. Ghislaine has this combination, as does Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein has a very close VE-MA conjunction in Aquarius (possibly a Graha Yuddha, i.e. Planetary War, if we could confirm his birth time), while we know Ghislaine’s VE-MA contact is in Sagittarius and that Venus is her Ascendant lord. However, Ghislaine has this combination in the 6th house of conflict from the Moon and in the 8th house of scandal from her Taurus Ascendant. Therefore her lust for conquest can cause her major problems and has obviously done so. Ascendant lord in the 8th house is not advantageous for physical health and also brings secretive tendencies. Maxwell has been very successful at living in hiding when needed, and avoiding the possibility of being served with legal papers on a number of occasions in the last 20 years.

Contributing greatly to the intensity of Ghislaine’s chart is her Sankhya Shoola yoga, where all the physical planets are in only three houses of the chart. This planetary combination creates a life of extremes. The person goes through abrupt changes from one modality to another, in part because all the planetary energies are so concentrated and also because the transiting planets will affect so many natal planets all at once. Shoola is the Sanskrit for “thorn,” and often the person with this yoga is a thorn in the side of one or more people. They have to learn to fend for themselves at various times and in the process they have to learn how to deal with the extreme ups and downs in their life destiny.

Maxwell also has two Viparita Raja yogas (lords of Dusthana houses – Houses 6, 8, and 12 located in each other’s houses, either from the Ascendant or the Moon). From the Ascendant, her 6th lord Venus is in the 8th house, and 12th lord Mars is in the 8th house. This bestows some financial protection, which she has certainly had up to now. Also, she has apparently set aside over 5 million British pounds for her legal defense and has hired some very top lawyers.

Powerful Father: Strong Saturn

The father can be read astrologically from both the 9th and 10th houses. The 9th house is traditionally the South Indian placement, where the father is seen as advisor and mentor. The 10th house is more about the father’s status. Ghislaine has natal Saturn in her 9th house from the Ascendant, with debilitated Jupiter and Ketu also in Capricorn opposite the Moon in Cancer. For Taurus Ascendant, Saturn is Yogakaraka and an excellent planet. Saturn is strong in its own sign, but is in Sun-owned UttarAshadha nakshatra. Sun and Saturn are planetary enemies and the Sun is not well placed in the 8th house, especially as 4th lord: foundation of the family and of the happiness of the heart.

Her father was Robert Maxwell, the Czech-born media tycoon who was very prominent in the U.K. in the 1970s and 1980s and was elected to Parliament, 1964 to 1970 in the Labour Party. Born into poverty, the youngest of nine children (same as Ghislaine), he had already changed his birth name four times by the age of 23 before later settling on his final name at age 25 in June 1948. He spoke nine languages fluently (English, French, German, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, and Hebrew) and was a powerful and despotic personality who intimidated most people, family members included. Even business associates called him “the killer whale.” His daughter Ghislaine put a lot of effort into winning his favor and largely succeeded. He named his beloved yacht Lady Ghislaine and bestowed many favors on her above the other siblings.

When he died in early Nov. 1991 (initially deemed a heart attack, but later disproven due to other injuries suggesting foul play), a lot of scandals became suddenly known, chiefly about his misappropriating his companies’ large pension funds. Among other factors, this drove his publishing empire into bankruptcy soon after his death – something he had sought to avoid through fraudulent actions. This was very hard on Ghislaine and the entire Maxwell family. Two of the sons, Kevin and Ian were indicted for the fraud, though later acquitted. Of the nine siblings, the eldest son was severely injured in a car accident just two days after Ghislaine was born. He died seven years later and another sister died at the age of three. The brother’s accident in Dec. 1961 was the first major family trauma prior to the death of the patriarch in Nov. 1991, both events marked by tr. Saturn in Capricorn, thus Saturn returns for Ghislaine Maxwell both in 1991 and now.

As Jeffrey Epstein’s one-time girlfriend and longtime friend, business manager, and pimp, Ghislaine hooked up with him soon after her father’s death, when she moved to New York City to set up a new life there. She idolized her father and apparently wanted to be like him, even copying some of his tactics as a ruthless bully. Some journalists contend that this is one of the key reasons why such a normally charming, wealthy and well-educated woman would agree to Epstein’s endless demands. “You really don’t have to put up with this,” a friend said to Maxwell, according to British-born journalist Vicky Ward. Maxwell responded: “Yes, I do. My father taught me you do whatever it takes to keep your man.”

It was also a mutually beneficial arrangement in that Epstein needed her extensive and socially elite connections, while she needed his money and the wealthy life style she could reignite after her father died and his business empire collapsed under the weight of fraud. In addition, it is alleged that Robert Maxwell introduced his daughter to Epstein, and that he (Maxwell) was involved as a spy for the Israeli national intelligence agency Mossad, setting up important people in compromising sex traps and recording their activities for blackmail. (It may have even led to his demise in late 1991.) This is also alleged to be what Epstein was doing, in his case for the CIA and the Mossad. We know there were large tech rooms on all his properties, with cameras and recording devices everywhere. If so, it could explain why he remained safe from law enforcement for so many years while running major blackmail operations in numerous locations around the world, several of them in the United States. In any case, with her four planets in the 8th house, including the Ascendant lord, Ghislaine Maxwell has all the astrological signatures for sex together with spy work.

As we note the power of Ghislaine Maxwell’s Saturn, we also note that her experience of a Saturn return is very dramatic. Two days after her own birth her eldest brother was severely injured in a car accident, never to recover consciousness and rupturing the entire family emotionally. In Nov. 1991 at her first Saturn return she lost her father, a seminal figure in her life, as she was for him within the Maxwell family. At the 2nd Saturn, between Jan. 2020 and Jan. 2023 she was in hiding from law enforcement and eventually captured and arrested in early July 2020. The rest of Saturn’s sojourn in Capricorn encompasses her trial in the U.S. and whatever outcome that brings. Both the first and second Saturn returns reflect the power of her father (9th and 10th lord from the Ascendant) and her partner (7th lord from the Moon). Both men were charismatic and ruthless. She sought to emulate them and always sought to please them, until presumably it became too dangerous to remain with Epstein. After his death, the victims of the Epstein-Maxwell sex trafficking operations are seeking justice through Ghislaine and she is having to pay the price for both of them. It remains to be seen how much protection she has from real justice.

Ghislaine Maxwell – Timing

Ghislaine is currently in Mars-Venus Dasha from Sept. 10, 2021 for 14 months through to Nov. 10, 2022. With her trial going on now and both of these planets in the 8th house, it is a very traumatic and difficult time, one in which her penchant to undertake ambitious projects and goals is being triggered and challenged to the max. Tr. Saturn opposite her Moon simultaneously is challenging her emotionally and mentally, but the Viparita Harsha and Vimala yogas have protective powers over big financial losses (6th lord in the 8th house and 12th lord in the 8th house, i.e. Dusthana lords in other Dusthanas: Houses: 6, 8, or 12). The financial protection helps to strengthen her yogas of wealth: the Chandra Adhi yogas: classic benefic planets in Houses 6, 7, and 8 from the Moon.

In her case the benefics are mixed in with classic malefics: Mars, Sun, Saturn, and Ketu, so it can be rocky at times. However, up until her arrest in early July 2020 she has always lived in very wealthy circumstances. After her father’s death in late 1991, she benefited from a trust fund set up for her with an annual income of 80,000 British pounds per year (i.e. $106,326 USD per year). She may have added to this income with work in real estate and property development, but her TerraMar Project (2012-2019) was always a losing proposition for her financially.

The 7-year Mars Dasha began Oct. 16, 2016. In 2016 Maxwell also married Scott Borgerson, an American born in 1976. His identity and whereabouts have been kept largely hidden, similar to how the nature of her relationship with Epstein was kept hidden, even if they made many social appearances together up to ca. 2009. Her financial affairs have typically been opaque – a fact also reflected by her Navamsha Moon in Capricorn in the 8th house. Mars prominent in the Navamsha Gemini Ascendant may keep her in the public eye up through Oct. 2023, but it is potentially more dangerous for her as Navamsha 6th lord, and located in the 8th house of her birth chart. Maxwell remains in Mars Dasha up to Oct. 17, 2023. In addition to the danger of a Dasha lord in the 8th house, a Total Solar eclipse is due on Dec. 4, 2021 at 18:12 Scorpio (Mean node), 17:45 Scorpio (True node) closely opposite her Ascendant at 16:55 Taurus. This is five days into the trial.

United States v. Maxwell – trial starts

A brief review of how to read a North and South Indian chart.

Ascendant 8:23 Sagittarius (sidereal/ Lahiri ayanamsha). No cameras are allowed in the courtroom due to Federal Court rules, unlike the recently televised case against Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin, which was broadcast everywhere.

At 9:00 am EST on this day the trial of United States v. Maxwell was officially open, but matters concerning two jurors still had to be resolved. One was related to a juror’s employer and another to a juror’s husband who had made surprise travel plans that interfered with two days of the trial, which is expected to run for six weeks. The court took a brief recess for the judge to handle the details, reconvening for Opening statements at 2:00 pm. By 2:00 pm, five hours later, the Ascendant moves to 22:52 Pisces, with Ascendant lord Jupiter (the prosecution) in the 12th house, Venus in Sagittarius in the 10th house and Moon in Virgo in the 7th house. The 7th lord (defendant) Mercury is in the 9th house.

In my judgment, the 9:00 am chart is a more accurate expression of the trial at hand, UNLESS (at 2 pm) – the U.S. government is somehow remaining in hiding about its real motives in this trial and all the evidence shows Maxwell to be innocent of anything more than casual or peripheral involvement in Epstein’s extensive operations. However, we already know from multiple sources that Maxwell was very involved in the business. In either chart (the 9 am or 2 pm) the only two female planets (Moon and Venus) remain the only angular planets, highlighting the female defendant and the many women who have claimed to be sexually abused by Epstein and Maxwell when they were under-age. The U.S. government is finally prosecuting this case.

Among the most notable things about the 9:00 am Trial chart is that tr. Moon is at the exact 10th house cusp from the Ascendant, denoting keen public interest in the trial, in Maxwell, and in the female victims; also, the fact that the Ascendant degree is almost exactly the same as the USA chart (Kelleher) Ascendant at 8:59 Sagittarius, thereby emphasizing the importance of the U.S. position against the defendant in this historic trial. The previous trial against Jeffrey Epstein was aborted by his untimely death while in prison in Aug. 2019. After a year-long search for Ghislaine Maxwell – the current defendant – she was finally arrested and held without bail in early July 2020.

Combative 6th lord Venus is in the Ascendant and I think we will see that with two female planets in angular houses (kendras) there is huge interest in examining a woman as a sexual predator, when the typical assumption is that a sexual predator is usually a man. Those who support the defendant cannot see how she can be fairly tried, other than as a proxy for the real villain, Jeffrey Epstein. But they will be surprised to hear testimony of just how intricately involved she was in Epstein’s operations. It continued essentially with no major interference from law enforcement for at least 25 years. His arrest and indictment in 2008-2009 was mostly inconsequential, though it did appear to end the long and close association with Maxwell.

In the 9:00 am Trial chart the Ascendant and its lord Jupiter represents the United States, while 7th lord Mercury represents the defendant, who is currently incarcerated and has been since early July 2020. Fittingly, Mercury is in the 12th house of residence in prisons, and in the 6th house from the 7th, emphasizing conflict and legal entanglements for her on every front. Mercury is Cazimi, very close to the Sun, within one degree. Also, as previously noted, the 6th lord (of conflict) Venus is in the Ascendant.

Mercury is weak in its enemy’s sign in the 12th house, very uncomfortable in a WATER sign (too emotional) and severely combust the Sun (though Cazimi). Mercury is contacting Ketu and Rahu (conferring instability), though Vargottama in Scorpio, as is the Sun. This means Maxwell may express herself in an unusual and perhaps emotionally effective way that is not her usual style, though it is not yet known whether she will take the witness stand. Sign lord Mars is in the 12th house from the 12th, indicating that there is some inherent weakness in the defendant’s position. But Jupiter (the prosecutor) has a similar issue, as its sign lord Saturn – though strong in its own sign of Capricorn – is in the 12th house from the 3rd house.

Mercury (the defendant) may try to stay relatively hidden while in Scorpio and on the eclipse axis. And though often travelling close to the Sun, since Mercury is only a fraction of a degree from the Sun in this chart, what may happen instead is that the media (also Mercury) is exposed for perpetuating global sex trafficking by turning a blind eye and not investigating it. This huge a business does not prosper without help from governments and media, and now the citizens of the world are standing up to it, including citizen journalists and independent journalists who are not compromised by corporate entities who may reap profits from it.

So will the U.S. government have to account for why it left Jeffrey Epstein alone for so many years to run huge illegal operations? Was he perhaps working for them? As mentioned, Epstein was arrested in 2008 but got off very lightly, and with almost laughable “crimes” that were minimized to disguise the real scale and intent of his activities. Further, under the current Open Border policy of the Biden regime, human and drug trafficking along the U.S. southern border is skyrocketing. This weakens the position of a government pursuing a sex trafficker in a major court case when that same government is legitimately promoting sex and drug trafficking themselves, or at the very least – doing nothing to stop it.

The 9:00 am Trial Navamsha chart shows that Ghislaine is up against tremendous odds. Navamsha Mercury is in the 6th house of conflict with Venus and Sun opposite Mars and Saturn in the 12th house. This is a bitter battle for her. Meanwhile Jupiter goes to the Navamsha 5th house in Libra opposite Moon in Aries. In the Rashi (birth chart) Mercury and Jupiter are in square to each other and not likely to come close. This does not indicate an easy resolution between the Prosecution and the Defense. Jupiter is too early in the sign of Aquarius to make the allowed aspect (Deeptamsha) to other planets, whereas Mercury is receiving an applying aspect from Moon (2°20’ orb) and is within only 46’ to an exact sextile with Saturn in Capricorn.

It is challenging to read this chart as a strict Prashna (question) chart, but what is noticeable is that even though the Defendant (Mercury) should have fewer options here due to its inherent weakness in the chart, somehow the way may be cleared or smoothed due to hidden harmonious aspects (sextiles) between Moon and Mercury, and Mercury and Saturn. Despite the gravity of the accusations she faces, Ghislaine Maxwell may be protected by the fact that the scope of the legal case has been narrowed, and among the many victims who allege sexual exploitation and abuse by Epstein and Maxwell only four witnesses have been allowed to speak. Other victims plan to be in the court room, but will that matter?

Also, the judge (Alison Nathan), an openly LGBTQ woman, is an Obama-Biden appointee who has just been nominated to a higher court (the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals). And though she has vowed to finish this particular case, perhaps she is expected to be lenient with the defendant in exchange for this new appointment. Additionally, among the prosecutors is Maurene Comey, who is the 32-year old daughter of former FBI Director James Comey. He infamously went with the Trump-Russia accusation he knew to be a hoax, covered for Hillary Clinton’s crimes in a Presidential election year, and let her off from criminal wrongdoings that would imprison anyone else lacking her privilege and power. Bill Clinton’s presence also looms large in the midst of this trial. He has escaped criminal prosecution on so many issues, including the Clinton Foundation, to which Jeffrey Epstein donated the initial seed money of $4 million. Epstein also contributed heavily to the Democrats.

Finally, the Southern District of New York has a dismal track record in terms of prosecuting sex crime against prominent Democrats. They sat on the Nexium sex ring case for 12 years and buried the Anthony Wiener laptop evidence of pedophilia and child trafficking by top Democrats. Maxwell’s close friendship with the Clintons puts her in league with the Democrats, thus a focal group this court has been reluctant to prosecute in the past. Conversely, conservative Republicans are always fair game, with of course no restraints in going after Donald Trump.

So we have to consider that the courts have been ethically contaminated worldwide, with judges and/or lawyers corrupted, often through blackmail or bribery. The one difference now is that the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction of 2020 has shifted the tectonic plates of civilization, and many people are fighting back against such depths of corruption now being exposed, including rampant election fraud.

Cultural Subversion in the 21st Century

As the testimonies come forward in the trial of United States v. Maxwell, it will undoubtedly become clearer how a process of cultural subversion was used throughout the Maxwell-Epstein sex trafficking operations, especially with the social and psychological skills of Ghislaine Maxwell. And for that we recall the major 8th house orientation of her birth chart, her Moon-Rahu in the 3rd house in Ashlesha nakshatra, and her Navamsha Moon in Capricorn in the 8th house – an ideal combination for a master manipulator who is well organized and tends to deal in matters of secrets, big money, and/or sex.

Among the many sub-themes of the current battle between the Nationalists and the Globalists is one that is red-hot in its emotional impact on most citizens of the world: human and sex trafficking. It has become even more lucrative than drug trafficking and represents – right alongside the lucrative practice of organ harvesting from live victims – a level of moral depravity that is especially horrifying when you realize that children and under-age girls and boys are being sexually abused on a massive scale.
