Coronavirus – The Bigger Picture & Time-Lines

The year 2020 was always the target year, both politically and astrologically.  The  Jupiter-Saturn conjunction in Dec. 2020 highlights an astrological target year, and with it many non-astrological factors that can also be described by the planets.  When the JU-SA conjunctions started to dominate in sidereal EARTH signs, from Sept. 9, 1921, the shift began from the previous FIRE period that had featured the power of both religion and the nation-state. In the EARTH period (1921-2199), businesses, corporate conglomerates, industrialists and bankers would gain increasing power over nations and their policies.  Unelected bureaucrats and technocrats plus complicit media would help to achieve their goals. This became clearer during World War I (1914-1919) in the years leading up to the first EARTH conjunction, and more so after the Mutation from FIRE to EARTH ended in Feb. 1961.

From that time we began a 120-year core EARTH period, in which, aside from one anomaly in May 2000, there are six consecutive conjunctions in EARTH signs, with the first middle and last conjunctions all in Capricorn.  This sets up the structure of the upcoming period, especially the conjunctions of Feb. 1961 and Dec. 2020.  The EARTH to AIR Mutation period follows from March 2080 to April 2199.

I have gone on record since fall 2019 as saying that this JU-SA conjunction in Dec. 2020 and the year preceding it marks a major turning point or even tipping point,   at which the major Globalist trends of the previous 60+ years look likely to be reversed.  This is only possible because of the power of this conjunction at the Winter Solstice.  I have established that this conjunction at the fulcrum of the cycle must be one of the “Standout conjunctions.” Otherwise, the trends would continue pretty much along the same trajectory.  Even so, there is a huge battle going on between the Globalists and the Nationalists, especially as the Globalists seek to maintain power by any means possible. If the economy crashes in the process, so be it. It is a way to defeat Trump.  Likewise the European Union and its Globalist supporters have fought bitterly against Brexit.

Only in 2016 did a reversal of rapidly accelerating Globalist trends look remotely possible.  This was due to the U.K. Brexit vote in June 2016 and to the election of Donald J. Trump as U.S. President in Nov. 2016.  The Brexit vote was finally implemented by Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Jan. 31, 2020. But these 2016 events were harbingers of the JU-SA conjunction in Dec. 2020, and confirm our understanding that trend changes can start up to 6-7 years in advance of the major conjunction.

The choice for humanity as we move further into 2020 is quite dramatic. The chances of the world population being ruled by the self-appointed Globalists and their One World Government has been a plan for over a century. It was backed by the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers among others, and initially by Cecil Rhodes, a major promoter of Globalism. Since his death in 1903, two years after the last JU-SA conjunction in the FIRE period, there has been a steady acceleration of the Globalists to weaken and minimize the power of the nation-state and to make a global organization – currently the United Nations – the front engine behind which they wield the real power.  Policies would be made by Globalists and U.N. entities (such as WHO, the World Health Organization), not by nations, their elected leaders and their citizens, whose rights as individuals would be weakened as never before.  In the works since 2015, for instance, was a U.N. resolution informing us that all nations should now open their borders and allow unfettered mass immigration.  All media outlets were instructed to endorse it, regardless of their own national concerns about border security.  U.S. President Obama and Germany’s Chancellor Merkel adamantly supported it, but in Dec. 2018 President Trump did not sign the document (The U.N. Global Compact on Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration).  Since taking office President Trump refuted or dismantled many other Globalist projects Obama had enthusiastically joined or initiated, with Globalist projects well underway since the presidency of Bill Clinton, 1993-2001.

The Corona World Order

With the outbreak of the Coronavirus in China from Nov. or Dec. 2019 leading to outbreaks elsewhere, the Corona World Order has taken hold in much of the world since mid-March 2020.  It has brought an explosion of information on every media front, including about the origins of the Coronavirus and about China’s role in perhaps intentionally spreading it, with the WHO closely cooperating with China.  So much about Sept. 2001 is repeating during these times due to some important planetary repeats from Sept. 2001, namely the Mars-Ketu conjunction in sidereal Sagittarius. (See my previous coverage here.)  The 9-11 event in the U.S. rapidly changed the world into a Surveillance State, with media coverage of 9-11 full of disinformation, i.e. information intended to deceive in order to hide the true cause of the event and its intended outcome.  Meanwhile, voices contradicting the official narrative are shut down as quickly as possible.  This has been the typical scenario and is repeated again in 2020.

In 2001 and beyond, vast numbers of scientists and engineers said that the World Trade Towers could have only been destroyed by a carefully planned demolition, not by jet fuel from two airplanes that crashed into two of the towers.  But an incredible propaganda campaign insisted on the official narrative on this and many other points. From there, many major policies began to take effect.

Likewise in 2020, many dissenting doctors and statisticians are disagreeing vehemently with the radical policy decisions being made by world and national leaders based on faulty statistics and flawed application of medical knowledge of epidemiology, immunology and microbiology. Based on the current data, they say that Covid-19 is no worse than a normal flu season, probably far less worse, with no justification for large-scale lockdowns. The natural immunity of the body is prevented, as happens in “herd immunity.” So this time we have a sort of Medical 9-11 along with a Media Epidemic spreading fear and panic and exaggerating the death totals by notating most deaths as Covid-19.  Public health officials are dictating this policy in the U.S. and elsewhere, even if each case is only “presumed or possible” as Covid-19.  Most of these deaths were from underlying conditions.

The Mars-Ketu conjunction on Feb. 24, 2020 was near the same degree in early Sagittarius as the conjunction on Sept. 12, 2001.  Gemini-Sagittarius is a major communications axis and the MA-KE conjunction is close to the USA Ascendant (Kelleher chart). A massive campaign is and has been underway to deceive the public as to the origins of the Coronavirus and its intended purpose and outcome. The computerized “mathematical models” have proven wildly inaccurate.  Even the “social distancing” rules appear to be based on some very weak evidence, if any. Public policies advised by leading public health administrators have resulted in economic havoc in most nations that went into lockdown, with citizens’ basic rights violated during the process. The few nations and five U.S. states that did not lock down have done very well health-wise, Sweden and Taiwan among them.

Also on Feb. 24, 2020  tr. Pluto entered Capricorn for the first time since 1792, bringing a major financial re-structuring. Part of this is related to the Federal Reserve being merged with the U.S. Treasury Dept., giving less control to the central bankers who have called the shots financially for over 100 years. However, control of the narrative is still largely in flux, though it becomes more and more obvious how the Globalists control much of academia, the mainstream media, social media, and Hollywood.

In fact, Silicon Valley media giants retain a surprising amount of power to keep censoring opposing voices.  Current censorship by Facebook and Google/Youtube is reaching unprecedented proportions as they go about openly smashing free speech and the rights of citizens to question official narratives. One of those narratives, for instance, is that the WHO (the World Health Organization) is actively pushing for radical solutions to the pandemic when in fact they ignored the growing virus epidemic in China for several months, and worked closely with the Chinese Communist Party to disseminate information favorable to China.  At the same time, ongoing travel to and from China continued to spread the virus.

Accelerated plans are underway to find a vaccine and to insure that each and every citizen has a digital certificate as proof of their immunity to Covid-19. The current lead spokesman for these plans is Bill Gates, coincidentally the largest-ever funder of vaccines and major vaccination programs.  Strongly downplayed by the Globalists is Bill Gates’ well known agenda for de-population and eugenics, and his criminal track record  for mass vaccinations in India and Africa.  Also downplayed is his plan for this digital certificate to contain a great deal more information than just Covid-19 immunity.  All this is being pressed forward with great urgency, with simultaneous pointed attacks on other possible non-vaccine medical solutions.  Citizens are encouraged to put aside concerns about their civil rights, focusing instead on how the digital certificate and contact-tracing data bases will ease all their fears.

The plan is not to allow a person to participate in most activities without having an RFID microchip implanted at the time of the vaccination.  We will soon see how the Globalists are using vaccinations to put more of their plans in place, including for Agenda 21, as we shall discuss. To quote Gates on this agenda: “De-population through vaccination.”   This can also be achieved through war or famine, but a pandemic is needed to justify mass vaccinations. In April 2020 in an interview aired on Italian TV, Gates said: “… For the world at large, normalcy only returns when we’ve largely vaccinated the entire global population.”

De-population is also a major goal of Agenda 21. This is a plan for the 21st century first conceived in 1989 and culminating in full form in June 1992, 28 years ago – a full Saturn orbital cycle and a time of either completion of goals or a time of reckoning.  The year 2020 was long considered an important target year by the Globalists at the U.N.  Many specific plans were drawn up at the Earth Summit held June 3-14, 1992 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It was also known at the time as the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development. (The U.N. then had 185 member states.)  In attendance were 64 heads of state, 46 heads of government, eight vice presidents and one crown prince, the first time in history so many leaders were convening for one cause.  Collectively these plans were soon named Agenda 21, and the documents – signed by 178 nations – were intended to make broad, sweeping changes in society worldwide.

Then-U.N. Secretary General Maurice Strong announced that “the purpose of the summit was to lay the foundation for a global partnership between industrialized and developing countries to protect the environment.” This is the official narrative, but the real goals were far more sinister. And where we are today with the Coronavirus Lockdown is in no small way connected with the original plans underway since 1992.  These include removing citizens’ civil rights and de-populating the earth. Then-President George H.W. Bush signed for the U.S. and once elected, President Bill Clinton would soon sign an executive order demanding compliance from every U.S. state and community in accordance with the goals of Agenda 21.

Brief review of how to read a North and South Indian chart.

Source: The start time is calibrated from the C-Span time-stamp during the opening speech by the U.N. Secretary General, ca. 10:20 am. The scheduled opening is then estimated to be 10:00 am local time.

We have no exact chart for Agenda 21, as it was being developed over 12 days. But we can make general use of a chart for the start of the 1992 Earth Summit meetings in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  The most significant outcome of this summit was the Agenda 21, followed later by Agenda 2030. Follow-up Earth Summit meetings were held in South Africa in August 2002.

Of primary importance astrologically are the positions of transiting Saturn and the transiting lunar nodes: Rahu and Ketu.  Tr. Saturn is of particular importance in 2020 because it is in its orbital return position now to sidereal Capricorn since Jan. 24, 2020.  Tr. Rahu and Ketu have an 18-year cycle and are in their reverse return position. Tr. Rahu is currently in Gemini, Ketu in Sagittarius, whereas in June 1992 tr. Rahu was in Sagittarius, Ketu in Gemini.  They are very close to the Galactic Center in early Sagittarius and close to the USA Ascendant (Kelleher chart) at 8:59 Sagittarius.  Placed along the 6-12 House axis, and in the nakshatras of Mula and Ardra respectively, Rahu and Ketu highlight the issues of health and work.  Epidemics and pandemics are especially associated with Rahu and Ketu in these nakshatras, where they are currently up through Sept. 22, 2020.

Additionally, there are several excellent Dhana yogas of financial wealth in the chart: 9th lord Jupiter in the 2nd house; 5th lord Mars in the 9th house; 11th lord Venus in the 11th house with 2nd house lord Sun. Unfortunately Venus is highly combust. But the U.N. has had protection from the Shubha kartari yoga to the Ascendant, i.e. two benefic planets in houses either side of the Cancer Ascendant. Many large and very wealthy corporations work in tandem with Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030.

Of special note, tr. Saturn in the above 1992 Earth Summit chart is strong in its own sign of Capricorn and retrograde, close to its Stationary Retrograde degree of 24:45 Capricorn on May 28, 1992.  If this chart is accurate, tr. Saturn is also Digbala, i.e. in its best possible angular house position: the 7th house. Further, it is strong in its own sign, giving it prominence as a Shasha Mahapurusha yoga. All these factors, together with close proximity to its Stationary point gives Saturn extra power in this chart, while tr. Rahu and Ketu (the eclipse axis) have great power and relevance so close to the Galactic Center and to the USA Ascendant.  If the 10 am Ascendant is correct for the 1992 Earth Summit, it would perfectly match the more hidden and unpredictable purposes of the summit, with Ascendant lord Moon in the 12th house (of hidden matters) on the eclipse axis.

Additionally, if this chart is correct, it shows immense organizational powers of the Agenda 21, but also potentially great opposition to it, notably during Saturn Dasha and during the Saturn return to this chart, which is happening by sign since Jan. 24, 2020 up to Jan. 18, 2023. (The 7th house is partners but also open enemies or opposition.) During this time the Coronavirus was picking up speed around the world, as China allowed international travel to and from its country, but as of Jan. 23, 2020 no internal travel within China from Hubei province, where the virus originated, in Wuhan. The 19-year Saturn Dasha to this chart begins Oct. 6, 2006 and would show the speeding up of Agenda 21’s goals and their implementation.  The Saturn-Mars period runs from April 20, 2019 to May 29, 2020 and shows a particularly strong possibility for opposition to the Agenda 21. This is confirmed not just by the birth chart position but by the Navamsha chart, which shows Saturn in Leo in the 12th house and Mars  in the 7th house.  This sub-period of Saturn Dasha further confirms that a major plan of action is underway to implement the goals of Agenda 21 during this time. With Mars involved, there is always some extra speed and sense of urgency.

Remember too that the World Health Organization is an entity within the United Nations, and has been pivotal in dictating world health policy since March 11, 2020, when the WHO Director announced “a Global Pandemic” and in very strong terms urged each nation to take action.  This is apparently unprecedented for a WHO Director.

For most of the public, the United Nations has been a symbol of hope for all nations negotiating with each other constructively and finding peaceful means to co-exist without resorting to war and invasions.  What was unknown to many people is that the U.N. was also the vehicle by which leading Globalists intended to rule the world, 2020 being a target year. The U.N. has also had its share of scandals, with U.N. health and emergency workers raping and trafficking women or children in afflicted nations around the world, among them Haiti in 2010.

To review, Globalists want One World Government, and to this end the plan is to destabilize sovereign nation-states and the personal sovereignty of citizens within those nation-states.  In a Globalist system, such as the European Union or the United Nations, decisions for individual nation-states are made outside of those national courts and legislatures, bypassing the citizens completely.  Globalists are neither exclusively Right nor Left politically, but they tend to find their most reliable followers among the political Left. U.N.’s Agenda 2030 is funded by major Leftist organizations such as the Pew Charitable Trusts, George Soros’s Open Society Institutes, The Ford Foundation, and Carnegie Corp. of New York, among others.  Aside from the elite cabal running the show, the public is asked to give up their wealth, property, civil rights, and live on minimal government handouts.

On the other hand, Nationalists want to maintain and strengthen the world of nation-states, with their individual cultures, religions and unique local characteristics, with rights of sovereignty guaranteed for nations and individuals.  Sovereignty also guarantees that the individual nation-state has its own constitution and laws regarding trade and immigration, among other matters.

Without launching into a deep analysis of the U.N. chart, I will draw your attention to the Vargottama Pisces Ascendant, with three debilitated planets that achieve Neecha Bhanga Raja yoga, i.e. they get stronger over time: Mars, Venus, and the Sun. Note especially 9th house lord Mars in Cancer, in a Graha Yuddha (Planetary War) with Saturn, in which Saturn wins. The combination is also Vargottama, i.e. it repeats in the same sign in the Navamsha, confirming the power of this Graha Yuddha.  Being owner of the 9th house of legal matters, Mars’ loss in the Planetary War makes it very difficult for the U.N. to rule the world by laws that it enacts, no matter how many nations sign those laws and/or resolutions.  But with Mars involved, it tries to push those laws through one way or another. Even so, this factor is one of the safety valves that Nationalists have in fighting against the tentacles of the U.N. and its plans to enforce Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030 to rule over the world.  Of course the U.N. has engaged with individual nations to cooperate with their plans; and for this you wonder why the nations would ever do that.  Are participating leaders rewarded for their efforts?

The U.N. was born into the Dasha–bhukti of the two Graha Yuddha planets, in the Mars-Saturn period. This was not generally fortunate for the ability of the United Nations to carry out its stated purpose.  Eleanor Roosevelt headed a U.N. Commission that produced The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It was passed in the U.S. Senate on Dec. 10, 1948 during the United Nation’s Mars-Sun period, and is probably the most important single document on human rights in modern times. Unfortunately, as Mrs. Roosevelt well knew, this final version of the Universal Declaration was never legally binding, so the U.N. had no official mechanism to prosecute those countries that operate against its principles. Mars as 9th house lord in this chart – connected intimately with legal matters, yet destroyed in the Graha Yuddha – did not allow this to happen. Meanwhile Saturn’s strength for bureaucratic procedures may keep masking that reality.

The U.N. is currently in the 7-year Ketu Dasha, running Ketu-Venus from Dec. 23, 2019 up to Feb. 21, 2021.  Venus is closely conjunct Neptune (1’ orb), thus capable of deception. Ketu is in the 10th house at 9:59 Sagittarius in Mula nakshatra, close to the Mars-Ketu conjunctions of 2001 and 2020. It is also one degree from the USA Ascendant at 8:59 Sagittarius, and close to the 1992 Earth Summit natal Rahu at 7:52 Sagittarius. There was a Solar Eclipse on Dec. 26, 2019 at 9:58 Sagittarius (within 1’ orb).  Many factors like this put the spotlight on the United Nations and render it especially vulnerable in 2020.

Originally the United Nations was conceived as a vehicle for the Globalists to establish a World Government or a New World Order.  With the U.N. as their major front organization, the Globalists can more readily weaken and eventually remove the power of nation-states and the rights of individual citizens. The idea is that citizens would be more easily controlled by an organization such as the U.N., which in turn could track people through their smart phones, and increasingly so through microchips installed in each and every citizen through mass vaccinations, with 5-G needed to fully implement the tracking.  The U.N. Telecommunications Union currently oversees the roll-out of 5-G around the world.  You might ask why has this U.N. body been given such major powers?  Very simple: Agenda 21.

Dr. Anthony Fauci is one of President Trump’s key public health advisors on the Covid-19 outbreak. Born Dec. 24, 1940, New York City, his natal Sun is ca. 9:43 Sagittarius, closely aligning with the USA Ascendant at 8:59 Sagittarius, the U.N. natal Ketu, natal Rahu in the 1992 Earth Summit (Agenda 21) chart, and the Solar eclipse on Dec. 26, 2019.  During a speech in Jan. 2017 Dr. Fauci announced that a “surprise outbreak” of a pandemic would happen during Trump’s presidency.   Through his agency NIAID, Dr. Fauci also owns a 50% share on a patent being used by some of the companies now developing vaccines for Covid-19.

Dr. Fauci was involved in Coronavirus research prior to 2013, and when a moratorium was declared by President Obama in Oct. 2014, Fauci ignored the moratorium and shifted $3.7 million of his agency’s funds to the highest level Virology lab in Wuhan, China, part of the Wuhan Institute of Virology. This is the same lab where the current Covid-19 virus is believed to originate, whether intentionally or unintentionally, with conditions there known to be accident and leak-prone. Fauci’s close associate Bill Gates sponsored a simulation event for a Coronavirus pandemic in mid-Oct. 2019. He too has been warning about pandemics for many years, notably in his TED talk in March 2015. Here is Gates speaking in 2015:

“Today the greatest risk of global catastrophe doesn’t look like this. [He shows a photo of a mushroom cloud from an atomic bomb.] Instead, it looks like this. [He shows a photo of the prototypical influenza virus.] If anything kills over 10 million people in the next few decades, it’s most likely to be a highly infectious virus rather than a war. Not missiles, but microbes. …. The world today has 6.8 billion people. That’s headed up to about 9 billion. Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 percent.”

TIME-LINES

Nov. 14, 1986:  President Reagan signs the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. This law gives blanket immunity to manufacturers of vaccines, places a $250,000 ceiling on claims and leads to a bonanza for the industry.  From 3 or 4 vaccinations prior to 1987, today’s child in the U.S. receives 75 or more vaccinations.  Most of these vaccines have not been fully tested, while the CDC (Center for Disease Control) spends more and more of its budget selling or promoting vaccines, as do the pharmaceutical companies. Far less is spent on testing. Since ca. 80% of TV ads are pharmaceutical ads, criticism of vaccines is virtually censored by the advertisers’ power over television content.

Jan. 2000:  The William H. Gates Foundation (1994-1999) is merged with the Gates Learning Foundation and renamed the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Worth $46.8 billion in 2018, it is the world’s largest private foundation, with a focus on health, education, and eradicating poverty. They would go on to fund every single major global health initiative from 2000 to 2020, along with most major media coverage on global health.  In Nov. 2019 Bill Gates’ personal wealth is reported at $107.1 billion, closely behind Amazon’s Jeff Bezos. They frequently trade places as the world’s No. 1 and 2 wealthiest people. 

May 28, 2000:  Jupiter-Saturn conjunction at 28:52 Aries (Krittika nakshatra).

2004:  The Center for Disease Control (CDC) becomes the de facto marketing center for a vaccine marketing board.  It intentionally creates a program to induce demand for vaccines in the U.S. Normal flu death statistics begin to be inflated, since the public was not sufficiently receptive to the flu vaccines.  In early 2014 NBC News reports the vastly inflated flu death numbers, ignoring other statistics that would make flu death numbers much lower. But these numbers had been so consistently inflated that bad computer models are being generated.

2007: Chinese scientists begin work on a virus containing a “spike protein,” enabling the virus to enter human cells and become much more dangerous. The work is published and continues up through 2019 and 2020, including at the Wuhan bio-laboratories. In 2011, the lab enlists the help of Dr. Charles Lieber of Harvard University.  He works with them up to the time of his arrest Jan. 28, 2020.

July 2008: Bill Gates becomes full-time CEO of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He develops strategic investments in the World Health Organization (WHO) and many other global and national health organizations and vaccine companies, giving him huge power and authority over decisions made nationally and globally on health policy, especially in a pandemic.  “If we fail to tame the new capitalist mutant rampaging though our societies, then we will only have ourselves to blame, for we can no longer plead ignorance.” (Shoshana Zuboff, The Age of Surveillance Capitalism: The Fight for a Human Future at the New Frontier of Power, 2019)

Jan. 2010:  The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation announces this is THE DECADE OF VACCINES. Their collaborators are The World Health Organization (WHO) and The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), with its Director since 1984, Dr. Anthony Fauci. Together they pledge to create a Global Vaccine Action Plan, with a vision to deliver universal access to immunization. In May 2012 this is endorsed by 194 member states of the World Health Assembly.

May 2010:  The Rockefeller Foundation and Global Business Network produce a report: Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development.  The report predicts that a pandemic will change society: “In 2012, the pandemic that the world had been anticipating for years finally hit. The pandemic blanketed the planet – though disproportionate numbers died in Africa.”

Sept. 2011:  The American movie Contagion is released, with an all-star cast directed by Stephen Soderbergh. From Wikipedia: “The plot concerns the spread of a virus transmitted by respiratory droplets and fomites, attempts by medical researchers and public health officials to identify and contain the disease, the loss of social order in a pandemic, and the introduction of a vaccine to halt its spread.”

Oct. 16, 2014: President Obama suspends research on genetically-engineered viruses after an accident at a U.S. lab. Director of NIAID (National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases), Dr. Fauci funds the Wuhan lab $3.7 million, ignoring the ban.

March 2015: Bill Gates presents a TED talk about how a pandemic will be the next major cause of over 10 million deaths globally. (See excerpt above from the talk.)

May 12, 2018:  Bill Gates presents a scary simulation of a flu epidemic in which more than 30 million could be killed by a flu epidemic in 6 months.

July 14, 2019: A Chinese-Canadian scientist with ties to China, Dr. Xiangguo Qiu, is escorted from Canada’s National Microbiology Laboratory in Winnipeg, Canada, and accused of a policy violation. She has trained scientists at the top level Bio lab in Wuhan, China.

Sept. 19, 2020:   Advised by NIAID Director Dr. Anthony Fauci, President Trump signs an Executive Order: “Modernizing Influenza Vaccines in the United States to Promote National Security and Public Health.” (Document no. 2019-20804)

Sept. 20, 2019: Bill Gates and Microsoft announce that ID2020 (which they own) is launching a program to provide digital IDs with vaccines.  This is in partnership with the Bangladesh Government’s Access to Information Program (a2i), the Directorate General of Health Services, and GAVI (a global Vaccine Alliance founded by Bill Gates in 1999 with $750 million of his seed money).  GAVI currently works with the United Nations to vaccinate as many people as possible.

Sept. 24, 2019:  President Trump addresses the United Nations General Assembly. Excerpt from his talk: “The future does not belong to Globalists. The future belongs to patriots. The future belongs to sovereign and independent nations who respect their neighbors, protect their citizens, and honor the difference that makes each country special and unique. It is why we in the United States have embarked on an exciting program of national renewal.”

Oct. 18, 2019:  New York City hosts Event 201, simulating a Global Pandemic caused by a Coronavirus. Event sponsors are The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Johns Hopkins University and the World Economic Forum (WEF). A major focus of the invitation-only, 4-hr. event is how to control the message in the media during a pandemic by “flooding the zone.” In their simulated event, 65 million people die from the virus. Much of their scenario plays out from Nov. 2019, with a 2nd wave of virus promised after six months.  Attendees receive plush Coronavirus toys.

Oct. 18-27, 2019: Military World Games are held in Wuhan, China with over 9,300 athletes participating. They are military service members from 110 nations.

Nov. 2019: The Pirbright Institute, UK, (funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation) files for a patent on a Coronavirus.

Nov. 17, 2019:  The first case of Covid-19 is reported in Wuhan, China. Other cases in China are reported in Nov. 2019, though officially their 2nd case is reported on Dec. 1, 2019.  Communist Party officials downplay these events.

Dec. 1, 2019: Lancet magazine gives this date as the first known case of Covid-19 in China, conflicting with other data listing Nov. 17, 2019 as the first known case.

Mid-Dec. 2019: Chinese scientists identify the virus at this time but are instructed to destroy both their test results and their samples. (Caixin Global, based in Beijing)

Dec. 26, 2019:  Solar eclipse at 9:58 Sagittarius (Mula nakshatra).

Dec. 30, 2019: Dr. Li Wenliang, a young doctor in Wuhan spreads information about the novel Coronavirus in an online group chat.  Authorities take him in for questioning and reprimand him for warning others about the virus. He says: “A healthy society should not have just one voice.” He dies of the virus Feb. 7, 2020.

Dec. 31, 2019: Taiwan tries to warn WHO of a human-to-human transmitted virus coming from China. Situated 80 miles from China, with normally a lot of travel between the two countries, Taiwan starts to shut down travel from China but with no internal lockdown. By April 30, 2020, they suffer only 6 deaths and 429 cases in a population of 24 million, with 400,000 Taiwanese working in China.  Johns Hopkins University had warned they would be one of the worst hit nations.

Dec. 31, 2019: China informs the WHO that the nation has serious cases of Coronavirus Covid-19, starting officially from Dec. 2019, but probably Nov. 2019 and not reported.  “The CCP [Chinese Communist Party] has a history of censoring and manipulating information.  Their power is a priority, so they control any information that looks damaging to the CCP. There is no respect for facts…. I’m also very concerned that the WHO is toeing the CCP line.” Dr. Joe Wang, PhD, President NTD, Canada  (The Epoch Times panel on Coronavirus, April 2020)

Jan. 1, 2020:   China has already identified 266 people who have been infected by the virus, but this is not announced.

Jan. 2, 2020: The Wuhan P-4 (top level) lab director sends an email to all staff: “Notice regarding the strict prohibition of disclosure of any information related to the Wuhan unknown pneumonia.”

Jan. 5, 2020: The Shanghai Level 3 laboratory completes the genome sequencing of the previously unknown virus and notifies other genome sequencing organizations. They try to warn health officials to take preventive measures, but receive no response.

Jan. 10, 2020: Lunar eclipse at 25:52 Gemini (Punarvasu nakshatra).

Jan. 11, 2020:  Sharing their information with the world, the Shanghai Level 3 laboratory publishes its discovery of mapping the Coronavirus genome.

Jan. 12, 2020: After the initial outbreak in Wuhan, WHO makes a statement: “Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission.”

Jan. 15, 2020: Tr. Ketu enters Mula nakshatra.  (Previously, tr. Rahu entered Ardra nakshatra Sept. 11, 2019.)  This runs through Sept. 22, 2020.

Jan. 15, 2020: China and the U.S. sign Phase 1 of the U.S.-China trade deal.

Jan. 15, 2020: U.S. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi conducts a vote to send articles of Impeachment to the U.S. Senate to impeach Pres. Donald Trump.

Jan. 15, 2020:  A 35 yr.old Chinese-American leaves Wuhan and travels to the U.S. (Washington State). He becomes the first known U.S. Covid patient as of Jan. 21.

Jan. 18, 2020: Early celebration of the Annual Lunar New Year is held during a banquet in a suburb of Wuhan, China. Over 130,000 guests participate as 14,000 dishes are presented at this pot luck event.

Jan. 21, 2020: 1st U.S. case of Coronavirus Covid-19 announced (from lab results) in Washington State.  1st cases of virus in other nations come in Jan. & Feb. 2020.

Jan. 21 2020: Netflix releases 6 episodes of a new docuseries Pandemic: How to Control an Outbreak.  (This must have been in development for at least one year.)

Jan. 23, 2020: Chinese Lockdown begins, including all internal travel to and from Wuhan.  Prior  to this and to Chinese New Year (Jan. 25), over 5 million Chinese fly from Wuhan, China (the main transit hub for all of China) to international and domestic destinations. Due to widespread travel from China, the virus spreads globally from there. Some 3 billion travel arrangements are made during this Chinese holiday period, just after the outbreak of the Coronavirus in China.

Jan. 24, 2020: Tr. Saturn enters sidereal Capricorn, through Jan. 18, 2023.

Jan. 25, 2020: Chinese New Year.

Jan. 28, 2020 (Dec. 2019):  Harvard professor and Chemistry Dept. Head (with specialty in nanoscience) Dr. Charles Lieber – along with two Chinese Nationals – is arrested for aiding China by stealing proprietary information and smuggling bio-research results.  Since 2011 China has paid Lieber $50,000 per month plus other moneys as well as $1.5 million to establish a lab at Wuhan University of Technology.  Insiders say his payments from China may total closer to $12 or $13 million.   As a recipient of funds from the NIH (National Institute of Health) and DOD (U.S. Dept. of Defense), Lieber lied to them about working for China. His agreement included Harvard University and the Wuhan lab.  This is a major revelation of how China has heavily penetrated Harvard and other U.S. universities, richly rewarding a number of American academics, businessmen and politicians since the early 1990s.  In 2014 (or earlier) an FBI investigation into Dr. Lieber for the same offenses with China is shut down and covered up by President Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder.

Jan. 28, 2020: Bill Gates announces that the Coronavirus is “the once-in-a-century pathogen that we’ve all been worried about.”

Jan. 31, 2020:  President Trump announces a National Emergency and restrictions on those travelling to the U.S. from China. He starts a ban of all air traffic to and from China.  Prior to that, 14,000 people flew into the U.S. from China each day.

Feb. 3, 2020:   The WHO Director says there is no need for measures that “unnecessarily interfere with travel and trade.”

Feb. 5, 2020:  Pres. Trump is acquitted after a 5-month impeachment process. It was based on his July 25, 2019 phone call to the President of Ukraine.

Feb. 7, 2020: Tr. Mars enters sidereal Sagittarius and Mula nakshatra, conjoining tr. Ketu, which entered the sign on March 6, 2019, entering Mula nakshatra on Jan. 15, 2020.

Feb. 13, 2020: Greatest number of new cases of Covid-19 to date: 12,000 cases.

Feb. 21 and 24, 2020: Worst two-day point drop in the history of the Dow Jones stock average as the CDC warns Americans to prepare for a Coronavirus outbreak.

Feb. 24, 2020: Exact Mars-Ketu conjunction at 11:13 Sagittarius in Mula nakshatra, repeating the pattern from Sept. 12, 2001.  Tr. Pluto enters Capricorn (USA chart 2nd house of finance and national income), 1st time since Jan. 1792.  Tr. Pluto in Capricorn thru June 28, 2020; re-enters the sign Dec. 30, 2020 for 19 yrs.

Feb. 26, 2020: Amid the Coronavirus outbreak, multiple media outlets imply or state that President Trump slashed, cut or gutted the budget for the Centers for Disease Control. In fact, the CDC budget has increased each year since 2017.

Feb. 28, 2020:  The South China Post reports that the Shanghai Laboratory that first exposed the genome sequence of the Covid-19 virus to the world is ordered to close “for rectification of the facilities.”  This impedes their ongoing research on the virus, first published Jan. 11, 2020.  (See Time-line entries Jan. 5 & 11.)

Feb. 29, 2020:  Dr. Fauci claims the Covid-19 virus “poses no threat to the US public at large.”  But on April 12, 2020 Dr. Fauci says that Trump could have saved more lives had he listened to the medical experts earlier.

Feb. 29, 2020: Joe Biden wins the South Carolina Democratic primary, turning the tide in his favor as Democratic presidential nominee. China happily supports Biden, whose track record is far more accommodating towards China than Trump’s.  China begins a steady stream of propaganda against the Trump presidency. U.S. mainstream leftist media jumps aboard to favor China.

March 5, 2020: A peer-reviewed and published study in the Chinese Journal of Epidemiology concludes that “nearly half or even more” of patients testing positive for Covid-19 did not actually have the virus.  Thus, half the results were false-positives. The paper was later withdrawn by Dr. Zhuang, citing no reasons other than it was “a sensitive matter.” Conclusion: Even the most basic statistics cannot be taken at face value.

March 9, 2020:  In a Covid-19 Health Update: “Dr. Fauci says Cruising is OK if you are Healthy.”  (Forbes magazine)  But in early April 2020 Dr. Fauci tells Al Sharpton on MSNBC that he told Trump early on that “we’re in real trouble.” He later projects up to 2.2 million deaths, reducing it weekly downwards as the mathematical models keep failing. He says: “Data in my mind always trumps any model, and you have to modify the model and the assumptions as you get data in…. Modeling is inherently an imperfect science.”  Unfortunately, most countries of the world go into Lockdown by mid to late March based on faulty mathematical models.  (See March 16, 2020 Time-Line on the Imperial College.)

March 11, 2020: The WHO Director announces a Global Pandemic due to Covid-19. Their early estimates put the death rate at 3.4% of those diagnosed.

March 11, 2020: American actor Tom Hanks is the first public figure to announce he has the Covid-19 virus.  32 min. later the NBA (National Basketball Assn.) cancels their entire season.  Most major U.S. sports leagues suspend or cancel their seasons by March 12.

March 11, 2020: President Trump bans travelers from Europe to the U.S.

March 12, 2020: 33 U.S. states announce shut-down of their schools and universities, many transitioning to on-line learning.

March 13, 2020: President Trump announces a National Emergency due to Covid-19.

March 13, 2020:  Bill Gates steps down from the boards of Microsoft and Berkshire-Hathaway to spend more time on Global health and development projects.

March 16, 2020:  Epidemiologist Neil F. Ferguson and his team of scientific researchers at the Imperial College, London release their study: Impact of Non-Pharmaceutical Interventions (NPIs) to reduce Covid-19 mortality and healthcare demand. They say that Covid-19 presents the most serious public health threat in terms of a respiratory virus since the 1918-19 Spanish Flu epidemic.  They predict half a million deaths in the U.K. and 2.2 million deaths in the U.S.  These dramatic projections from their mathematical model receive unqualified acceptance and influence draconian public policies taken by the U.K., USA, Canada and other nations.  The Imperial College Covid-19 Response Team advises “epidemic suppression” and says this has to continue “until a vaccine is developed in 12 to 18 months’ time.” (Coincidentally, in March 2020 the Imperial College receives a $79 million grant from The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, making a cumulative total of over $185 million from this foundation.)

March 16, 2020:  The planning stages of Covid Credentials Initiative begins, with a later kick-off April 2, 2020. Its impetus is largely from Bill Gates, who has been pushing for a cashless society (i.e. totally digitalized) and a digital certificate to prove immunity from Covid-ID. He joins with 60 different global organizations to provide Covid-19 immunity passports.  But the passport will contain MUCH else, including your all your financial, medical information and credit score.   This is being used to advance the Global governance agenda, led by the United Nations, run by 5-G, artificial intelligence (AI), and block chain.

March 18, 2020: President Trump signs the Defense Production Act, which will be invoked if the U.S. needs it, especially for medical supplies.

March 18, 2020: U.S. Senate passes a multi-billion dollar emergency economic package to help workers and industries hard-hit by the Coronavirus shut-down.

March 18, 2020:  Bill Gates does a Q & A session on Reddit, during which he discloses plans for digital certificates for all people around the world. He has already begun a pilot project with ID2020 using the homeless population in Austin, Texas.  (See also Time-line entry for Sept. 20, 2019 on ID2020.)

March 19, 2020: Governor Newsom (D-CA) tells President Trump that 25.5 million Californians could get the Coronavirus.  As of April 30, 2020 there are 48,746 cases and 1,944 deaths out of a population of 40 million.

March 21, 2020:  President Trump announces that “Hydroxychloriquine and Azithromycin taken together have a real chance of being of the biggest game changers in the history of medicine. The FDA has moved mountains…”  For this he is attacked by many doctors, pharmaceutical companies and mainstream media. They claim it is not safe and that we need to wait for a vaccine.  But by March 30, 2020 the drug is approved by the FDA to treat Covid-19. For decades the FDA has listed HCQ as a safe drug for children and adults to take as a preventive against malaria.  It is also reasonably priced, averaging $30 for 60 tablets.

March 22, 2020: Tr. Mars exits Sagittarius and enters Capricorn, thru May 4, 2020.  Mars is in its sign of exaltation and is extra strong here. With Saturn, it can be revolutionary, if unafflicted. Tr. Jupiter also enters Capricorn March 30th, making a very strong grouping of planets in Capricorn, a sign known for business and structural efficiency.  Organizational powers run strong through the world, even with so many businesses closed. The possibilities for re-structuring are strong.

March 24, 2020: The Center for Disease (CDC) changes its guidelines for reporting deaths from Covid-19.  All deaths are to be reported as Covid-19, even if it is unknown but just suspected.  This changes longtime standard medical procedures and radically inflates the numbers of Covid-19 deaths all through the U.S.  The same policy is followed in at least four other nations: U.K., Northern Ireland, Italy and Germany.

March 25, 2020: U.S. Senate agrees to $2 trillion stimulus package that will help every sector of the economy.  Individual checks to families and workers April 6th.

March 25, 2020:  The NY Times presents a 5 ½ min. video: People are Dying: 72 Hours inside a New York Hospital Battling Coronavirus. (Featured is Colleen Smith, specialist in medical simulations.)  This video goes viral, hinting that most U.S. hospitals are also “war zones” dealing with “catastrophe.”   Citizen journalists visiting this and many other hospitals find many inaccuracies in this story.

March 26, 2020:  Ten days after their first (very flawed) mathematical model is announced, Neil Ferguson and his Imperial College team announce that their revised projections amount to no worse than a typical flu season. They have already reduced their previous projection of 500,000 UK deaths down to fewer than 20,000 deaths “over half of whom would have died by the end of the year in any case [because] they were so old and sick.” They slash their original U.S. projections of 2.2 million or more deaths down to a tiny portion of that total.

March 27, 2020: Trump begins the first stage of nationalizing the Federal Reserve Bank and merging it into the U.S. Treasury Dept.  The power is being removed from the central bankers.  This is prior to taking control of the currency.  The entire system will eventually be re-structured. (Tr. Pluto returns to Capricorn Feb. 24, 2020 for the first time since Jan. 1792, entering the USA 2nd house of finance.)

March 30, 2020: Johnson & Johnson receives $1 billion in U.S. government funding for a coronavirus vaccine. Moderna receives $20 million from the Gates Foundation to develop coronavirus vaccine.  Bill Gates also donates $50 million to speed up development of a coronavirus vaccine. Estimates are that it could be 12 to 18 months before a safe and effective vaccine wins regulatory approval.

April 1, 2020: President Trump announces the launching of the Enhanced Counter Narcotics Operations in the Caribbean and elsewhere in the Western hemisphere.  Narcotics and human trafficking are targeted in this major U.S. military operation, working together with 22 partner nations.

April 12, 2020: In an interview on BBC, Bill Gates says: “Now here we are. We didn’t simulate this [pandemic], we didn’t practice, so both the health policies and the economic policies, we find ourselves in uncharted territory.” But Gates and his foundation DID simulate this exact pandemic at Event 201. See Time-Line Oct. 18, 2019. Also in mid-Oct. 2019 all roads were suddenly closed for several days surrounding the Wuhan Biolab.  An accident or leakage at the lab is suspected.

April 14, 2020: President Trump announces the U.S. will withdraw funding to the World Health Organization (WHO), while assessing their role “in severely mismanaging and covering up the spread of the coronavirus.”  Typical U.S. funding to WHO runs ca. $480 million per year.

April 20, 2020:  In response to President Trump’s suspension of U.S. funding to WHO, Hollywood elites do an on-line benefit performance for the organization. Bill Gates and WHO Director Dr. Tedros and are praised and make appearances. This 8-hour performance marathon raises $127 million for the WHO.  At “One World: Together at Home” 70+ performers participate, including celebrities Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, and Laura Bush. The event is co-organized by WHO and Lady Gaga, with many corporate sponsors under the umbrella of Global Citizen (Johnson & Johnson, P & G, Cisco, Verizon, Delta, Citi and more).

April 21, 2020: President Trump announces he is suspending immigration to the U.S. during the Coronavirus crisis. This will run initially for 60 days.

April 21, 2020:  The Veterans Administration (VA) study of Hydroxychloriquine on 368 patients says it killed 11% of their patients, provided “no benefit” and “more death.” Funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH), it is a retrospective study done on mostly black men, most of them very sick already.  It is a very biased study and is propaganda spread throughout the media to damage HCQ’s reputation for success on Covid-19 patients and possibly other diseases as well.

April 22, 2020: New Moon in Aries, Sun is almost maximum degree exalted. Strong, positive indicators from this chart for health matters and a return to normalcy.

April 22, 2000:  President Trump announces that the number of new Covid-19 cases is falling nationwide. Vice President Mike Pence announces that “the metropolitan NY area, New Jersey and Connecticut all appear to be past their peak.”  NYC has been the hardest hit in terms of Covid-19 fatalities, among all major cities.  The U.S. Naval ship “Comfort” will leave NYC after 3 weeks deployment. It has 1000 hospital beds, 12 operating rooms, and was intended for overflow.  But it was not needed as much as initially feared. Only 178 patients were treated there.  NY State reports more than 15,740 Covid-19 deaths to date, though U.S. Covid-2019 death totals have been inflated due to the new protocol to assign cause of death as Covid-19 even when only “presumed or suspected.”

April 25, 2020:  Tr. Pluto turns Stationary Retrograde at 0:51 Capricorn.

April 27, 2020:  Bill Gates’ praises the way China has handled the Coronavirus and says that the U.S. “has done a particularly bad job.” China uses this video clip as part of their propaganda to make the U.S. responsible for the virus.

April 29, 2020: Dr. Fauci publicly praises Gilead’s drug Remdesivir, having previously criticized Hydroxychloriquine (+/- Azithromycin or zinc), a much less expensive and far more effective drug that inhibits coronaviruses like SARS from replicating in the body.  Dr. Fauci knew of this since 2005 but hid the information from the public. He is also financially invested in more expensive drugs and vaccines. Today the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) release a report endorsing hydroxychloroquine. They say the drug has over a 90% chance of helping COVID-19 patients. Their success rate: 91.6%.

May 1, 2020: Tr. Mars is at maximum exaltation (28:00 Capricorn).
